  Instagram Content Creation FAQs

  • How many pieces of content do you create for me?

    This will depend on the plan you choose to sign up to. On your behalf, we can create and post 9, 15 or 30 posts per month. 


    If you would like a custom quote for more than daily posting then please contact us at customerservices@owskimedia.com so we can create a plan tailored to your requirements.

  • When will the first set of content be produced?

    It will take us around 7 working days to create the conent for your first month, unless you have purchased the 3 working days service. Once the content has been delivered to you, you will be able to revise anything up to two times if it's not to your taste.

  • Along with creating do you also post on my behalf?

    Yes. We use Facebook Business Suite to post on your behalf. All you will need to do is grant us permission so we can schedule posts on your behalf.

  • Do you require my Instagram password?

    No. As we are using Facebook Business Suite, we do not need your Instagram password. Your password is only required if you additionally subscribe to our growth services.

  • What are the prices of your services in other currencies?

    We charge in GBP so the amount you are charged will depend on your banks exchange rate.

  • If I have more than one account, can you offer a discount?

    Yes - we will be happy to give you a lifetime 10% discount on any accounts that you sign up beyond your first account with us.

  • Can I still use my account?

    Yes, you can use your account as normal.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    As we create content in advance, we require that you provide us with a 30-day cancellation notice. 


    Once you signup you will be charged instantly and we will automatically charge you every month on your signup date unless you cancel your subscription. 

  • Am I tied down to a set number of months when I sign up?

    No, as all plans are monthly rolling contracts which you can cancel at any point. You are also more than welcome to pause your account for a month or two if you would like to have a break.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade between months?

    Yes, please email us at customerservices@owskimedia.com and we will change your plan for you. 

  • What makes you different from your competition?
